Markivo Loyalty & Rewards enriches customer interaction by offering versatile point redemption options for free gifts. Businesses can leverage fixed or tiered redemption models to increase customer spending and loyalty.

Set Discount Redemption

Go to Add ways to redeem -> Discount percentage -> Add, and you can set as follows:

• Rule name: Create a recognizable name for ease of future management.

• Redemption rules: Set the number of points required to redeem a free gift coupon, such as 1000 points.

• Free gifts

  • Entirely free product: Customers can redeem points for a voucher that covers the full value of a chosen product. Note: these vouchers do not apply to shipping costs. For instance, 1,000 points could be exchanged for a voucher that allows a customer to pick up a product free of charge.
  • Partially discount product: You can also offer vouchers that provide a dollar discount on purchases. Customers can redeem their points for a set discount, which will be deducted from the total cost at checkout. For example, redeeming 500 points might grant a $25 discount, which is automatically subtracted from the total purchase price.

• Limitations on use

  • Expiration: Establish an expiration period for discounts, e.g., 6 months, with automated reminder email before expiry.

  • Combines with: Decide if the discount can be combined with other offers and under what conditions.

Preview and Publish

Check your settings in the Summary section to the right. The system provides a real-time summary here. Once you confirm the details, click Save to activate the rule.

You can manage this rule—view, edit, enable, or disable it—via the Earn points list.

Q1: Do free gifts redeemed by customers include shipping costs?

A: No, vouchers for free gifts cover only the cost of the item itself; customers remain responsible for any applicable shipping fees. However, you can enable options that allow free shipping discounts to be combined with vouchers for free products.

Q2: When multiple SKUs for a free product are available, which SKU's price determines the coupon's value?

A: If you select the Entirely free product option and there are multiple SKUs available at different prices, the voucher will be based on the highest-priced SKU. For example, if there are three baseball caps priced at $5, $10, and $20, the voucher issued will be valued at $20, applicable to any of the available caps.
