Navigate to the Redeem points section within your dashboard to view and adjust your store's redemption rules. Here, you can:
- Edit: Modify existing redemption strategies by clicking the Edit button.
- Toggle: Activate or deactivate rules using the on/off switch.

Q1: How are points selected for redemption?
A: Points are utilized starting with the earliest accumulated to prevent expiration.
Q2: Can discount coupons be used if the order doesn't meet the minimum requirement?
A: Depending on whether you have set Minimum order amount requirement，if yes, the order must meet the minimum threshold set for using a discount coupon, if no, there will be no requirement.
Q3: Can discount coupons be combined with other offers?
A：Yes, enable this in the Combines with settings to allow coupons to be used with other discounts.
Q4: Do redeemed discount coupons expire?
A: Depending on your settings, coupons can have an expiration date, with notifications sent before expiry.
Q5: Are points refunded if an order with a redeemed coupon is canceled or refunded?
A: Used coupons are not refundable, but points spent are returned with recalculated validity. for instance, if 100 points were used to redeem a $5 coupon which was applied to an order that was later refunded, the coupon is not refunded, but the 100 points are returned with recalculated validity.
Q6: How are points recalculated if a discount coupon redeemed with points is used and the order is partially refunded?
A: Points will be refunded based on the refunded item's proportion of the total order amount. For example, if a customer uses 100 points to redeem a $5 coupon for an order containing two items costing $50 each and one item is returned, the coupon is not refunded, however, 50 points would be returned (50% of the points used).
Q7: Are discount coupons redeemed with points tied to an individual? Can they be transferred to someone else?
A: Coupons redeemed with points do not need to be linked to an individual account, meaning they can be gifted to others. Customers are free to share their redeemed coupon codes with friends or family.
Q8: If a reward coupon is set to expire, are customers notified before it expires?
A: If reward coupons have set expiration dates, the system will send an expiration alert email 30 days and then 7 days before the coupon expires.
