Points Program

Points are central to Markivo Loyalty & Rewards, encouraging customer interaction and purchases through activities like ordering, registering, and sharing on social media. Customers can redeem accumulated points for various rewards, enhancing engagement and return visits.

Activate the Points Program

1. Log in to your Shopify store management page.
2. Navigate to Apps -> Markivo Loyalty & Rewards.
3. On the Points tab, use the toggle switch to activate or deactivate the program.
4. To customize your points display name, go to Apps -> Settings, then modify the points symbol in the Points label of the General section.
