Pre-Order Offers

Leverage intelligent cross-selling at the pre-checkout stage with our advanced recommendation system. It analyzes customer behaviors and preferences to provide timely, relevant product suggestions. For instance, shoppers viewing a smartphone may see recommendations for accessories like cases, chargers, and earphones.

Markivo Discount & Upsell enables smart product recommendations on both product detail and shopping cart pages. Here’s how to implement this strategy on a product detail page:

Access Your Dashboard

1. Log In: Enter your Shopify store admin panel.
2. Go to Apps -> Markivo Discount & Upsell -> Upsell & Cross Sell -> Pre-Order Offers (IN Product Page) -> Create.

Set up Your Campaign

Configure your campaign on the Create page under the Rules tab:

Campaign Details

Name Your Campaign: Choose a unique name that shoppers will see, such as "Recommended for You." Keep it concise—no more than 30 characters and without leading or trailing spaces.

Timing Your Promotion

Set the Dates: Input the start date and time, such as 20241101 at 12:00 AM. Only the start date is mandatory. If no end date is set, the promotion runs indefinitely. Note that the timezone is lockedDiscount Rules

Discount Rules

• Trigger Condition (Products): Click Add Products and select the items you want to include in the fixed bundle. Note: Each bundle can include up to 50 items.
• Product Recommendations: Either leverage Shopify’s algorithm to suggest related or similar items or handpick your own recommendations. Configure the quantity of recommended products and add a custom subtitle for each. If opting for personalized selections, you have the flexibility to:
  • Discount Options: Set a discount, choosing between a percentage discount or a fixed amount discount.
  • Advanced Discount Configurations: Determine if this discount can be used in conjunction with other promotions, such as discounts on other products, entire orders, or shipping fees.

Shipping Considerations

Free Shipping Option: Decide whether the discount includes free shipping for the entire order. Note: Enabling this option grants free shipping for the entire order, regardless of the number of items included.

Finalize and Launch

• Preview: Check your settings in the Preview panel.
• Deploy: Save as Draft for further refinement, or click Publish to launch the campaign and see immediate results.
