Data analytics

After installing and enabling Wishlist, merchants can access detailed reports in the admin to better understand customer preferences and product popularity.

Overview metrics

In the Analytics dashboard, you can track key metrics over a selected time period:

  • Wishlist count: The total number of wishlists created.
  • Users with wishlists: The number of customers who created at least one wishlist.
  • Wishlisted quantity: The total number of products added to wishlists.

Click to switch between metrics and see real-time updates.

Wishlist details

At the bottom of the dashboard and in the Wishlist details page, you can view item-level data, including:

  • Product names that have been saved.
  • Customer information for those who saved the product.
  • Save time, with filters available by date.

Top products

In the Top wishlisted products page, you can see which products have the highest number of saves over a given period. This helps identify the most popular items for assortment optimization and marketing strategies.

Customer view

In the Customers page, you can check each customer’s wishlist activity:

  • Number of wishlists created by the customer.
  • Number of products saved across their wishlists.
  • Most recent save date.
