To view analytics for a specific campaign, simply click the data analysis icon next to any promotional activity listed.

Key Metrics

• Total advocates: Total count of participants in the referral campaign.
• Referred friends: Number of individuals successfully referred and actively participating.
• Total revenue: Cumulative revenue generated from the referral activities.
• Referrer spending income: Spending attributed to referrers within your store.
• Referred Consumption Income: Spending attributed to the referred customers within your store.

Filter by Advocates

This section provides a detailed view of key referral metrics, enabling efficient management of referral relationships:

• Overview: Quickly access referrer emails, observe their spending patterns at your store, and review their referral success rates.
• Profile Access: Clicking on a referrer’s email takes you directly to their comprehensive profile, which includes contact information, order history, credit status, tags, notes, and an activity timeline.

Additionally, by choosing the Referred Customers option, you can:

• Customer Details: See the emails of all referred customers along with their membership start dates and total spending in your store.
• In-depth Analysis: Access detailed customer profiles through a direct link from their email, providing further insights into each referred customer’s engagement and value.

Filter by Reward Codes

This filter allows you to quickly sort and view transactions involving reward codes, enhancing your ability to track usage and assess the impact on sales.

• Overview: View critical details such as gift card codes, reward recipient, their email, usage status, and order revenue associated with each code.
• Action: Each entry includes an "Action" link. Clicking on this link will direct you to the specific coupon page in Shopify, where you can view and manage the details of that reward code.
