Once the app is installed and activated, you can access Markivo Scratch Cards in the following ways:

How to access

  1. Log in to your Genstore admin.
  2. In the left-hand menu, go to Apps -> Scratch Cards.
  3. If the app isn’t pinned to your sidebar, you can find it under the Installed section on the Apps page and click to open it.

Create a campaign

On the app page, click Create to start setting up your campaign. Here, you can define the basic campaign details, including the campaign name, duration, target audience, and participation rules.

Basic setup

In this section, set up the essential information for your campaign, including its name, duration, target audience, and rules.

  • Campaign name: Choose a concise, impactful name like "Card Collection Bonanza" (limit: 20 characters).
  • Campaign period: Specify the start (required) and optional end date. Without an end date, the campaign remains ongoing. Note: Timing adjustments cannot be made after the campaign starts.
  • Target customer: Define the customer segment eligible for participation, targeting either all users or specific tagged users.
  • Campaign description: Elaborate on the campaign rules and prize details (limit: 2000 characters).
  • Campaign style: Choose from default themes or special occasions like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or Black Friday.
  • Campaign rules and fraud prevention: The system automatically checks the email addresses of participants. Optional verifications for IP and browser fingerprints are available.

Card settings

Set up the collectible cards for the campaign:

  • Card name: Limit names to 6 characters.
  • Card probability: Ensure the total probability for all cards equals 100%.
  • Card designs: Upload custom or choose template designs for the front and back of up to 10 cards. Recommended dimensions are 200 x 270 or equivalent ratios.

Rewards settings

Customize the rewards offered in the campaign:

  • Percentage discount: Fixed percentage off (e.g., 5%, stackable with other promotions), with minimum order requirements.
  • Amount discount: Fixed amount off (e.g., $5), with minimum order requirements.
  • Free shipping: Cap the deductible shipping costs, with minimum order requirements.
  • Free product: Offer specific products as rewards. If multiple products are added, the system defaults to the first listed product.
  • Rewards expiry time: Set the validity period for rewards, calculated from the time of issuance.
  • Rewards quantity limit: Decide if there's a limit to the number of rewards claimable.
  • Rewards image: Use a default or upload a custom image (recommended size: 240x240).
  • Rewards description: Automatically populated based on the selected prize type.

Care exchange rules

Set clear guidelines for prize redemption to enhance engagement. For instance, during a holiday promotion, participants who collect five snowflake cards can redeem them for a free shipping voucher.

In the Notifications tab, configure alerts for when users win prizes or when prizes are nearing expiration.

  • Sender: Auto-filled sender information is customizable. Set up a reply address for user interactions.
  • Trigger conditions: Specify conditions under which reminder emails are sent, using pre-configured templates for prize acquisition or expiration notices.

Preview and launch

Use the Preview feature to view how the campaign will display to ensure all settings are correct.

TIP

Before launching, the system automatically verifies all settings. An exclamation mark will indicate any incomplete necessary configurations, guiding you to finalize settings.

After launch, manage your campaign from the Campaign list.
